Creamy Alfredo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 ea handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 3/4 cup chicken
  • 2 tbsp (enough to cover pan) of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp roasted garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 3/4 cup cooked spinach
  • 1/2 cup canned artichokes
  • 1/3 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese or desied amount 1 ea Desir

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

First you cook the chicken in a pan with olive oil and season with pepper and seasoning salt.

Then you sprinkle the sliced chicken on your pizza evenly, and then boil the fresh spinach in salted water until cooked. Strain the spinach and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and evenly place small mounds of spinach covering chicken as well cut up canned artichoke heart; sprinkle evenly over pizza.

Take pine nuts and and chopped garlic and fry in olive oil until brown; then sprinkle on pizza.

Add fresh basil leaves evenly on pizza making sure not to overlap the leaves.

Add your favorite kind of Alfredo sauce and lightly drizzle desired amount over pizza. Sprinkle fresh grated parmesan evenly over pizza. Put pizza in the oven for time directed on package or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
