Hot & Spicy “Bulls eye” Pizza

Ingredients

  • 23 ea cloves of garlic minced or chopped
  • 57 ea sprigs of cilantro
  • 4 oz of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of onion, green pepper and mushroom chopped or diced
  • 1/4 cup of black olives sliced thin and pat on paper towel
  • 23 ea chipotle peppers chopped or 1 jalapeno pepper chopped. For this recipe use chipotle
  • 1/2 tspn curry, cajun seasoning, dried basil, and dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, or colby jack

Directions

Distribute garlic and cilantro over the outer-rim and 2/3rds in.

Do the same with the tomato sauce and make sure to spread over cilantro. Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms and black olives.

Add chipotle peppers and sprinkle the curry, Cajun seasoning, dried basil, and dried oregano.

Add the cheese and bake at 375-400 for about 15-20 until crust is brown and ready to burn. Turn off oven.

Take pizza out onto cardboard and cut in even peices and wait 5 minutes before serving.

Put remainder in oven. ENJOY!!
