OFFICIAL RULES

By entering into the Home Run Inn Free Pizza for a Year Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes), participant (“Participant“) agrees to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Legal Disclaimer and the decisions of Home Run Inn, Inc., such decisions which are final and binding in all respects.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on January 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2025, log on to https://www.instagram.com/homeruninn/  and follow us and tag a friend. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not circumvent the rules.
2. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY. To enter without creating an Instagram account, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth and mail a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, with proper postage to: Home Run Inn Frozen Foods Corp, 1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517. All write-in entries must be postmarked by end of month. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Participant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of January 17th, 2024 through January 24th, 2024 except for employees of Home Run Inn, Inc. (“Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 3^rd day of month, by Sponsor to select the potential winner(s) from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Each winner will be deemed a potential winner pending verification of eligibility, including but not limited to signing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or potential winner and may refuse to award a Prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Potential winners will be notified by email, message or post and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 7 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor.  Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.  All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.  By entering this sweepstake, the Participant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.  Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties to use the winner’s name and likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. PRIZE: The prize consists of free pizza for one year, which is defined as twelve (12) frozen pizzas, given in the form of twelve (12) free frozen Home Run Inn pizza coupons. Limit one prize per family or household. One winner will be selected from Home Run Inn Instagram, for a total of 1 “prize” total. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.  If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. The approximate retail value for each prize is $150.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, PROMOTION PARTIES, AND/OR SPONSOR’S PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, LICENSEES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, OR RELATED COMPANIES (COLLECTIVELY WITH SPONSOR, THE “SPONSOR PARTIES”), BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, NO MATTER UNDER WHAT THEORY ARISING, EVEN IF ANY SPONSOR PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SPONSOR PARTIES’ ENTIRE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO: ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF A PRIZE SHALL BE LIMITED TO $500. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AND AS SUCH, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
7. Subject to applicable law, by entering into a Sweepstakes and potentially receiving a Prize, each Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties, along with Sponsor’s employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, agents and assigns, from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, or proceeding (each, a “Claim”), and any resultant loss, injury (including death), cost, expense, fee, fine, penalty, or other loss or expense of any kind, including attorneys’ fees (each, a “Loss”), relating to or arising directly or indirectly out of his or her participation in a Sweepstakes (or related activity such as a press release), and/or Sponsor’s right to exploit Participant’s name and/or likeness or fully exploit any other right granted to it hereunder, and/or from Participant’s receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, no matter how such Claim or Loss arises (including without limitation, if arising out of any damage to a Participant’s computer system from downloading or using material from Sponsor’s, or an affiliate of Sponsor’s, website) including but not limited to (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail/text notifications or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to Participant or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Sweepstakes.
8. Subject to applicable law, entrance in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s consent to Sponsor, the Promotion Parties, and Sponsor’s or Promotion Parties’ affiliates and agents to use his or her name, voice, likeness, opinions, and biographical information for marketing, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media throughout the world at any time without the obligation to seek consent or to provide Participant with any payment or other form of consideration. Participant agrees to execute any document reasonably required by Sponsor to effectuate the terms hereof and failure to do so shall give rise to Sponsor’s right to execute any and all such documents as Participant’s attorney-in-fact, which right shall be coupled with an interest and therefore, irrevocable.
9. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Chicago, Illinois, USA having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

11. WINNERS LIST: Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by mail at 1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517.
