Freshly picked by one of our farm partners the tomatoes are locally grown and harvested when they are at their best.
Cheese
Our mozzarella cheese is shredded daily to maximize freshness and never produced with fillers or dry powder milk.
Flour
The best pizza needs the best ingredients - that includes our flour. For that extra crunch in the crust we only get the best.
Meat
Knowing where the animals graze and how they were treated is crucial to us. Only the best make it into the salami we use!
