Asparagus Pizza
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15-18 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 3 oz of asparagus
- 4 oz of grape tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of grated Romano cheese
- ½ cup of basil pesto
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Cut off the ends of the asparagus
- Halve the grape tomatoes
- Toss the asparagus and tomatoes in olive oil and salt
- Sauté the asparagus in pan until soft
- Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt to the pesto and mix
- Top pizza with asparagus
- Place grape tomatoes
- Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Sprinkle on 2 tbsp. of Romano cheese onto pizza
- Drizzle 1 tsp of lemon pesto onto the cooked pizza
- Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
