Asparagus Pizza

Asparagus Pizza Recipe
Cook Time: 18-20 min
Cook Temp: 450°


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F and set oven rack to the middle position

  2. Remove pizza from all packaging

  3. Use a knife to cut off the ends of the asparagus.

  4. Halve the grape tomatoes

  5. Toss the asparagus and tomatoes in olive oil and salt

  6. Sauté the asparagus in pan until soft.

  7. Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt to the pesto and mix.

  8. Top pizza with asparagus

  9. Place grape tomatoes

  10. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown

  11. Sprinkle on 2 tbsp. of Romano cheese onto pizza

  12. Drizzle 1 tsp of lemon pesto onto the cooked pizza

  13. Enjoy!

  • 3oz of asparagus

  • 4oz of grape tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons of grated Romano cheese

  • ½ cup of basil pesto

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of salt
