Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F and set oven rack to the middle position

  2. Remove pizza from all packaging

  3. Place Caramelized Butternut Squash all over pizza

  4. Sprinkle with Fontina Cheese

  5. Cover with torn Kale leaf

  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese

  7. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 16-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown

  8. Let cool for 2 minutes

  9. Top baked pizza with Pomegranate

  10. Enjoy!

  • Butternut Squash; 1.5 Cups Caramelized

  • Fontina Cheese; 8 oz. shredded

  • Kale; 1 leaf torn

  • Parmesan Cheese; 2 Tbsp grated

  • Pomegranate; 3/4 cup
