Scrambled Breakfast Pizza

Pizza topped with egg scramble


  • 12” HRI Classic Sausage Pizza
  • 13 oz frozen shredded hash browns
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • ½ yellow onion
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F
  2. Prep your toppings. Dice the bell pepper, dice the onion, and scramble the eggs.
  3. Place the pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for 16-17 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat two large skillets with oil and butter to medium heat. Add the hashbrowns to one and cook according to package directions until browned and crispy. Add the peppers, and onions to the other. Saute until tender, 4-5 minutes. Add eggs, salt, and pepper, and scramble, stirring frequently until fully cooked.
  5. Once the pizza, hash browns, and eggs are cooked, top the pizza with the hash browns, scrambled eggs, sprinkle with shredded cheese and return to the oven. Turn the oven to broil on high, and broil for 2-3 minutes or until the top cheese is fully melted.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
