Chicken & Balsamic Caramelized Onion Pizza

Pizza topped with balsamic chicken and caramelized onions


  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 1 ½ tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cooked Chicken Breast


  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Heat a medium-sized skillet to medium-high heat
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet
  5. Chop onions and add to the pan
  6. Sauté onions for approximately 5-6 minutes until they are translucent
  7. Season onions with salt and pepper. Stir and continue to sauté for about 10 more minutes
  8. Add balsamic vinegar to onions. Stir and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until vinegar has soaked into onions
  9. Dice cooked chicken breast
  10. Top pizza with caramelized balsamic onions and diced chicken breast
  11. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  12. Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
