Kalamata & Ricotta Pizza

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • Halved Kalamata Olives
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil
  • Olive Oil


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F OR if grilling, heat up the grill (we recommend grilling this recipe)
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Place ricotta onto pizza in dollops
  4. Add tomatoes and olives
  5. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
  6. Top with olive oil and fresh basil
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
