Cook Temp: 450°
Pre-heat oven to 450˚F and set oven rack to the middle position.
Remove pizza from all packaging
Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
Sauté garlic and olive oil.
Add the anchovies to the chopped olives and capers, season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Add sauce to pizza and grate fresh cheese on top.
Cut and serve. Enjoy!

1/2 can San Marzano tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped Sicilian olives
3 tsp capers
Incanestrato cheese (sheep’s milk or pecorino will also work)
