Rotisserie Chicken Pesto Pizza

Rotisserie Chicken Pesto Pizza Recipe

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F and set oven rack to the middle position
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Sprinkle rotisserie chicken chunks all over the pizza

  4. Dollop ricotta cheese on pizza

  5. Slice half a red onion into strips

  6. Sprinkle red onion slices all over the pizza

  7. Dollop pesto onto pizza

  8. Add arugula to pizza

  9. Top pizza with pine nuts

  10. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 16-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown

  • 1 cup of rotisserie chicken breast chunks

  • 3/4 cup of ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 sliced red onion

  • 4 tbsp of pesto

  • 1 cup of arugula

  • 2 tbsp of pine nuts
