Preheat a skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil to medium-low heat. Slice the yellow onion into thin disks and add to the skillet with a pinch of sea salt.
Remove pizza from all packaging
Stirring occasionally, cook the onions until they are jammy and deeply caramelized, about 45-60 minutes.
- Note: reduce heat if onions begin to crisp at any point.
Once caramelized, remove from the heat and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 450˚F and arrange the oven racks toward the center.
Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for 17-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Meanwhile, whisk together the honey, mustard, and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil until the mixture is combined.
Once the pizza is cooked, remove from the oven, distribute the caramelized onions evenly over the pizza, and drizzle with honey mustard dressing.
Cut into squares, and enjoy!
