Summer Harvest Pizza

Pizza topped with corn, tomatoes, onion, and more


  • 12” HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small yellow squash
  • ½ medium red onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • 1 tsp oregano


  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Slice zucchini, yellow squash, and red onion into very thin disks, and halve cherry tomatoes
  4. Arrange the veggies evenly over the pizza and sprinkle with oregano
  5. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, and the veggies are tender
  6. Cut into squares, and enjoy!
