Tuscan Pizza

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15-18 min | Cook Temp: 450°

Pizza topped with artichoke, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
  • ¾ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. In a medium bowl, add artichokes, tomatoes, onion, capers, and Italian dressing. Mix to combine.
  4. Top the pizza with the artichoke mixture.
  5. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
