Twice Baked Pizza Potatoes

Double baked potatoes topped with cheese, bacon, green onion, and pizza seasoning


  • 4 large baked potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Everything but the Pizza (seasoning blend)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup green onion, thinly sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place potatoes on baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes or until tender. Set aside for 5-10 minutes until cool enough to handle.
  3. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop the inside out of each potato into a large bowl. Try to keep as much of the skin intact as possible.
  4. Add butter, sour cream, milk, and Everything but the Pizza seasoning to potatoes and mix together.
  5. Spoon the mixture back into each potato skin. Top with cheese and bacon crumbles before returning to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with green onions and an extra dash of Everything but the Pizza seasoning before serving.
