Veggie Pizza with Balsamic Glaze Drizzle

Pizza topped with brussels, kales, and balsamic drizzle

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • ½ ube, thinly sliced
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 brussels sprouts, sliced
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 1 bunch kale, shredded
  • Balsamic glaze

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Add ube, mushrooms, brussels sprouts, and shallot to frozen pizza
  4. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 13-15 minutes
  5. Remove from oven, add kale, and return to oven for an additional 2-3 minutes
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
