OFFICIAL RULES
By entering the Home Run Inn Free Pizza for a Year Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), each participant (“Participant”) agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Home Run Inn, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), log on to https://www.instagram.com/homeruninn/ and follow @homeruninn and tag a friend in accordance with the entry instructions posted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method, or entering more than the number of times permitted, will void all entries and result in disqualification. Participants may not circumvent the rules.
2. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter without creating an Instagram account, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth on a postcard or card no smaller than 3½” x 5” and no larger than 4¼” x 6”, and mail with proper postage to: Home Run Inn Frozen Foods Corp, 1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517. All write-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of each month during the Sweepstakes Period. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries submitted by anyone other than the Participant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Entries that are incomplete or do not contain all required information will be void.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void outside the U.S., including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about the third (3rd) day of each month during the Sweepstakes Period by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received in the prior month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, including signing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to gain an unfair advantage. All federal, state, and local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Promotion Parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, TAMPER WITH, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
5. PRIZE: The prize consists of Free Pizza for One Year, defined as twelve (12) frozen Home Run Inn pizzas awarded in the form of twelve (12) free frozen pizza coupons. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150. Limit one (1) prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR OR PROMOTION PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF A PRIZE. SPONSOR PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $500. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; therefore, some limitations may not apply.
7. RELEASE: By participating, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties from any claim, loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a prize, including but not limited to lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical failures of any kind; errors in entry processing; unauthorized intervention; or injury or damage to persons or property.
8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor and Promotion Parties to use Participant’s name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.
9. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in a court located in Chicago, Illinois. Participants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy available at https://www.homeruninnpizza.com/privacy-policy/.
11. WINNERS LIST: Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories. To request the name of winners or a printed copy of these Official Rules, mail a request to Home Run Inn Frozen Foods Corp, 1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517.
