Thank you for participating in our survey. By completing this survey and providing your email address, you (“Participant”) will be entered into a random drawing (“Sweepstakes”) for a chance to receive one of five $100 gift cards to Amazon.com and agree to abide by this Home Run Inn. Survey Participation Gift Card Sweepstakes Official Rules and the decisions of Home Run Inn, Inc. (“Promoter”), such decisions which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility: This survey is open to legal residents of all states within the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Void where prohibited. Employees of Promoter, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter: Beginning on May 7th at 11 am CT through May 31st at 12:00 am CT, the Sweepstakes must be entered using a valid email address on the corresponding email capture page for the survey, or, by clicking on the designated link sent by email. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, including but not limited to completing the attendant survey, to be eligible to win a prize. Limit of one (1) entry per person; multiple entries by any one individual are void. Entries generated by macro, script, or other automated means are void. Entries generated by robotic, macro, script, or other automated means are void. Any Participant using fraudulent means to participate in the Sweepstakes will be disqualified and may be guilty of violating applicable criminal laws.
ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: THIS ENTRY METHOD IS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT HAVE NOT REGISTERED AT HOME RUN INN, HAVE NOT OPTED IN TO ANY MAILING LIST, OR DO NOT WISH TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning an Amazon.com gift card depends on the total number of eligible survey participants.
Gift Card Value: The Amazon.com gift card has a value of $100 (the “Prize”) and can be used to purchase goods or services at Amazon.com in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the issuer (see Amazon.com conditions of use as of September 18, 2021 https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GNG9PXYZUMQT72QK). The total approximate retail value of the Prize is [$500].
Expiration and Fees: The Amazon.com gift card does not expire. No dormancy fees, inactivity fees, or service fees will be charged.
Redemption: The Amazon.com gift card can be redeemed at any Amazon.com, subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.
Winner Selection: The Amazon.com gift card recipients (each a “Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible survey participants. The selection process is conducted using a computer-generated randomization system to ensure fairness. Potential Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with (the “Notification”) within five (5) days following the winner selection. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Promoter shall have the option to award the Prize to an alternate Winner. The return of the Notification or Prize as undeliverable may also result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected. Promoter is not responsible for digital communications that are undeliverable as a result of any filtering of any kind, insufficient space in a Participant’s account, or any other failure beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a dispute with respect to entries received from more than one user having the same e-mail address/account, the authorized subscriber of the account in question at the time of entry will be deemed the proper Participant. A potential Winner will also forfeit his or her Prize if he or she is disqualified as not eligible to have participated in the Sweepstakes in the first instance. All federal, state, and local income taxes resulting from acceptance of the Prize are the responsibility of Winner. Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternate Prize of comparable or equal value in its sole discretion. Acceptance of the Prize also constitutes permission to Promoter to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes (including posting the information on its website) without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.
Publicity: Subject to applicable law, entrance in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s consent to Promoter and Promoter’s affiliates and agents to use his or her name, voice, likeness, opinions, and biographical information for marketing, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media throughout the world at any time without the obligation to seek consent or to provide Participant with any payment or other form of consideration. Participant agrees to execute any document reasonably required by Promoter to effectuate the terms hereof and failure to do so shall give rise to Promoter’s right to execute any and all such documents as Participant’s attorney-in-fact, which right shall be coupled with an interest and therefore, irrevocable.
Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Cook County, Illinois, USA having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Release: Subject to applicable law, by entering into a Sweepstakes and potentially receiving a Prize, each Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Promoter, along with Promoter’s employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, agents and assigns, from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, or proceeding (each, a “Claim”), and any resultant loss, injury (including death), cost, expense, fee, fine, penalty, or other loss or expense of any kind, including attorneys’ fees (each, a “Loss”), relating to or arising directly or indirectly out of his or her participation in a Sweepstakes (or related activity such as a press release), and/or Promoter’s right to exploit Participant’s name and/or likeness or fully exploit any other right granted to it hereunder, and/or from Participant’s receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, no matter how such Claim or Loss arises (including without limitation, if arising out of any damage to a Participant’s computer system from downloading or using material from Promoter’s, or an affiliate of Promoter’s, website), including but not limited to (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail/text notifications or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to entrants or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules.
