Bruschetta Pizza

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 12-15 basil leaves
  • 4 medium vine-ripened tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Splash balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch sea salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Core and dice the tomatoes. Roll the basil leaves together, and slice into fine strips (chiffonade)
  4. Combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt in a bowl, and stir until everything is evenly coated. Taste and season with additional salt or vinegar as needed
  5. Spoon the tomato mixture evenly over the pizza
  6. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  7. Remove from the oven, cut into squares, and enjoy! 🙂
