Espresso Rubbed Steak & Gorgonzola Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp + 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 4 oz espresso-rubbed steak, cooked and sliced
  • ½ cup + ¼ cup gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 ½ cups arugula

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Melt butter in a small pan over medium-low heat. Add onions and sauté for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
  4. Drizzle 3 tbsp balsamic glaze over pizza. Add steak, onions, and ½ cup gorgonzola cheese
  5. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  6. Remove from oven, top with arugula and remaining balsamic glaze and gorgonzola cheese
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
