Espresso Rubbed Steak & Gorgonzola Pizza
Prep Time: 12-17 min | Cook Time: 15-20 min | Cook Temp: 450°

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp + 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 4 oz espresso-rubbed steak, cooked and sliced
- ½ cup + ¼ cup gorgonzola cheese
- 1 ½ cups arugula
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Melt butter in a small pan over medium-low heat. Add onions and sauté for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
- Drizzle 3 tbsp balsamic glaze over pizza. Add steak, onions, and ½ cup gorgonzola cheese
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Remove from oven, top with arugula and remaining balsamic glaze and gorgonzola cheese
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
