Grandma’s Pepperoni Pizza

  • 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
  • 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Garlic infused olive oil, for drizzling
  • 2-3 tbsp grated Pecorino-Romano cheese, for dusting
  • Fresh basil, julienned


  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Mix 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes with 1 clove minced garlic
  4. Place dollops of crushed tomato and garlic mixture onto pizza by small spoonfuls spreading out slightly
  5. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  6. Once cooked, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with cheese and basil
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
