Grilled Steak & Burrata Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
  • 3-4 oz grilled steak, sliced
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • ½ cup corn (1 corn on the cob, removed)
  • 3 mini sweet peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup pesto
  • 1 bunch basil
 

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F OR if grilling, heat up the grill (we recommend grilling this recipe)
  2. Grill steak to 135°F internal temperature
  3. Remove from grill and slice into ¼” pieces
  4. Remove pizza from all packaging
  5. Top pizza with steak, burrata, corn, sweet peppers, and pesto
  6. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
  7. Garnish with Basil, then cut into squares and enjoy!
