Hot Honey, Ricotta & Pepperoni Pizza Recipe
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 15-18 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp hot honey
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly on top of pizza then top with spinach
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Remove from oven and drizzle with hot honey
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
