Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F and set oven rack to the middle position
- Remove pizza from all packaging
Sprinkle rotisserie chicken chunks all over the pizza
Dollop ricotta cheese on pizza
Slice half a red onion into strips
Sprinkle red onion slices all over the pizza
Dollop pesto onto pizza
Add arugula to pizza
Top pizza with pine nuts
- Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 16-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
