Sunny Side Up Breakfast Pizza

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F and set oven rack to the middle position.

  2. Remove pizza from all packaging.

  3. Slice potatoes thin. We recommend using a mandolin slicer for even slices.

  4. Fry sliced potatoes on a pan.

  5. Bake bacon strips in an oven at 350°F for approximately 20-30 minutes (don’t bake all the way).

  6. Chop bacon into bite-sized pieces.

  7. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 10 minutes.

  8. Remove pizza from the oven and top it the first layer with the potato slices. Then add the bacon.

  9. Crack eggs on top of potato slices and bacon.

  10. Place the pizza back in the oven for 7 minutes.

  11. When the pizza is fully baked, top with dry basil.
