Thai Chili & Peanut Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup pickled carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup peanuts, chopped
  • Peanut sauce for drizzle
  • Fresh Thai basil for garnish

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F OR if grilling, heat up the grill (we recommend grilling this recipe)
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Add chicken, carrots, and cheese to pizza
  4. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
  5. Top with peanuts, peanut sauce drizzle, and fresh basil
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
