Thai Chili & Peanut Chicken Pizza
Prep Time: 5-10 min | Cook Time: 15-20 min | Cook Temp: 450°

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 1 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup pickled carrots, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup peanuts, chopped
- Peanut sauce for drizzle
- Fresh Thai basil for garnish
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F OR if grilling, heat up the grill (we recommend grilling this recipe)
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Add chicken, carrots, and cheese to pizza
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
- Top with peanuts, peanut sauce drizzle, and fresh basil
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
