Chicken Sriracha Pizza

Pizza Topped with Chicken and Sriracha


  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Fish Sauce (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Basil, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Chicken
  • 3/4 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 4 Basil Leaves torn
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts, chopped

Where to Buy



  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F OR if grilling, heat up the grill
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing – mayo, sriracha, fish sauce (or soy sauce), sugar and basil
  4. Toss the cooked chicken in the dressing
  5. Spread on top of the HRI Pizza
  6. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
  7. Once the pizza is done, toss the Bean Sprouts, Torn Basil Leaves, Cilantro Leaves (optional), Shredded Carrot, Lime Juice, Sugar, Toasted Sesame Oil, and a pinch of Salt together in a bowl until everything is well coated and combined
  8. Place on top of the cooked pizza. Sprinkle chopped Roasted peanuts on top
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
