Firecracker Pizza
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 12-14 min | Total Time: 22 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Ultra Thin Sausage Pizza
- 1 Green Jalapeño Pepper
- 1 Red Jalapeño Pepper
- 5 slices of thick Pepper Bacon (cooked)
- 1/4 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/2 cup shaved Red Onion
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F or if grilling, heat up the grill
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Slice green and red jalapeño pepper and top it on the pizza
- Crumble the cooked pepper bacon and apply to the pizza
- Evenly apply the shaved red onion then the crumbled blue cheese to the pizza
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 8-14 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
- Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
