  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F and arrange the oven racks toward the center.

  2. Remove pizza from all packaging

  3. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for 17-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

  4. Meanwhile, prepare the pesto. Using a mortar and pestle, pound and grind the pine nuts into a smooth paste. Add garlic and grind into a smooth paste.

  5. Next, add basil and sea salt and pound and grind until the leaves are finely torn.

  6. Finally, add parmesan and olive oil, and combine into a smooth sauce. Taste and add salt as needed.

  7. Once the pizza is cooked, remove from the oven, spoon pesto evenly over the pizza, cut into squares, and enjoy!
