Spring Prosciutto Pizza
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 8-10 min | Cook Temp: 450°

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Ultra Thin Four Cheese Pizza
 - 2 tsp Olive Oil
 - 4 oz Asparagus, bottoms trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
 - ¼ tsp Salt
 - 3 oz Frozen peas, thawed
 - ½ tsp Lemon zest
 - 1 tsp Lemon juice
 - 6 Slices Prosciutto
 - ¼ cup Shaved parmesan cheese
 - 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (or truffle oil)
 - Cracked black pepper
 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F
 - Remove pizza from all packaging
 - Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
 - While the pizza is baking, heat 2tsp olive oil in a skillet on high heat
 - Add cut asparagus and salt and cook, stirring occasionally until the asparagus begins to brown
 - Add peas and cook for 30 seconds longer. Turn off heat
 - Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss to coat
 - Distribute asparagus and peas on top of cooked pizza, then drape prosciutto slices over
 - Top with shaved parmesan, drizzle with olive oil (or truffle oil for extra decadence), cracked black pepper to taste
 - Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
