Wild Thanksgiving Vegetarian Turkey Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1/2 squash
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 sliced black olives

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Slice squash and zucchini thinly using a mandoline slicer or knife
  4. Cut the bottom of the red bell pepper. Then slice the rest of the bell pepper into slices
  5. Fan out squash on the pizza. These will be the back of the turkey’s feathers
  6. Place zucchini on top of the squash. This will be the second layer of Turkey’s feathers
  7. Place bottom of the bell pepper below the squash and zucchini feathers. This will be the body of the turkey
  8. Then place the 2 sliced black olives on the red bell pepper. This will be the turkey’s eyes
  9. Slice a small triangle out of your leftover squash. This will be the turkey’s beak
  10. Place bell pepper slices on the feathers of the turkey to form a pattern
  11. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  12. Cut into squares and enjoy 🦃
