OFFICIAL RULES

By entering into the Home Run Inn Pizza Of My Heart the (“Sweepstakes), participant (“Participant“) agrees to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Legal Disclaimer (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of Home Run Inn Inc., (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES REQUIRES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

• ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States (excludes NY and RI) ages 18+ or the age of majority in their state (19+ AL/NE; 21+ MS). Residents from New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a Prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation in the Sweepstakes requires access to the internet. Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or mobile service provider may apply. Employees of Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a Prize.
• HOW TO ENTER: There are two methods to enter. Beginning at 9:00 am CST on October 6, 2025 through 11:59 pm CST on April 21, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), enter the Sweepstakes by completing the following steps:

Entry Code Method of Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, (i) purchase, while supplies last, from any authorized and participating Home Run Inn retailer any variety or topping of any “family-sized” Home Run Inn frozen pizza including any Classic, Signature, or Ultra-Thin pizza, (ii) open the cardboard box, remove the plastic-wrapped pizza and locate the QR Code sticker affixed on top of the plastic-wrapped frozen pizza, (iii) navigate the internet to www.HomeRunInn.com/PizzaOurHeart  (the “Website”), (iv) where indicated, scan the QR code printed on the sticker and complete the  online entry form (by providing your legal name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and favorite retailer) (“Entry Form”), and (v) click the “Submit” button. Normal internet access and usage charges by your internet and/or cellular service provider will apply. Entries generated by a script, computer program, robot, macro, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Upon completion of the above, you will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes.

Alternative Method of Entry. To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, during the Sweepstakes Period, (i) navigate to the website www.HomeRunInn.com/promotions, (ii) click the “A Pizza Our Heart Sweepstakes” link, (iii) where indicated, complete the Entry Form by providing your legal name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and favorite retailer and (iv) click the “Submit” button. Upon completion of the above, you will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes.

Only Entries actually received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible.  Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Any Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES PER PERSON/PER DAY DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.  Attempts made by the same individual to submit more than the stated number of permitted Entries into the Sweepstakes by using multiple or different e-mails, addresses, accounts, or otherwise may be disqualified.

• PRIZE: One (1) prize will be available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes.  The prize will be (i) $5,000 (awarded in the form of a check payable to the winner from the Sponsor); and (ii) an additional $5,000 donated by Sponsor directly to a charity of prize winner’s choice, to be selected from among one of the following 501C3 foundations:  Feed My Starving Children, Feeding America, Red Cross, Northern Illinois Food Bank, Ann & Robert H. Lurie’s Children Hospital, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Donors Choose, After School Matters, Wounded Warrior Project, Mental Health America, American Heart Association, Mayo Clinic, The Anti-Cruelty Society, Brighter Future, NAACP or Black Youth Project. Approximate retail value of prize: $10,000. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable; however Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions, at its sole discretion. The prize will be shipped by the Sponsor to the winner via U.S. Mail or other courier (e.g., Federal Express or United Parcel Service) selected by the Sponsor.  Winners will be responsible for providing or confirming a valid U.S. shipping address prior to their prize being shipped.  Once a prize is shipped, the Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, mutilated, destroyed, misdirected, or undelivered for any reason. If the prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited. If legitimately claimed, the prize will be awarded.
• DRAWING: The name of one (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be selected through a random drawing to be conducted on or about April 28, 2026 by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Each Potential Winner is subject to verification of eligibility by Sponsor, including but not limited to signing and returning an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release (collectively, the “Affidavit”), and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, for any reason, to disqualify any Participant or Potential Winner and may refuse to award a Prize to a person who is deemed not eligible or has violated  these Official Rules, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained Potential Winner status using fraudulent means.

Potential Winners will be notified by email to the email address provided on the Entry Form within (7) days after the Drawing, and must sign and return any required Affidavit or other documentation within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor.  It is the responsibility of the Potential Winner to monitor their email.  Sponsor shall not be responsible for failure of a Potential Winner to check email and receive the notification.  Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor shall have the option to award the Prize to an alternate Potential Winner. Once a Potential Winner has complied with all conditions herein, and their eligibility has been verified, they will be declared an official “Winner” of the Sweepstakes. The return of any Prize notification or Prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected. If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, or is found to be in violation of the Official Rules, or fails or refuses to execute and return any documentation required by the Sponsor within the time period specified, or declines a prize for any reason, such Potential Winner may be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the Sponsor will have the sole and absolute discretion to select, by random drawing, another Potential Winner from the remaining eligible Entries in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, more than one person claims to be the bona fide winner of a particular prize, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded in the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may, by a random drawing among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s), determine the winner of the prize. Inclusion in such random drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.  In no event will more than the stated number of prizes for the Sweepstakes be awarded.   All applicable federal, state, and local tax liabilities, fees and expenses, including income taxes, resulting from acceptance of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.  A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

• WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, PROMOTION PARTIES, INSTAGRAM, AND/OR SPONSOR’S PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, LICENSEES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, OR RELATED COMPANIES (COLLECTIVELY WITH SPONSOR, THE “SPONSOR PARTIES“), BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF: (I) ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (II) THESE OFFICIAL RULES; (III) ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE; (IV) OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY NO MATTER UNDER WHAT THEORY ARISING, EVEN IF ANY SPONSOR PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING SPONSOR’S INSTAGRAM PAGE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPONSOR PARTIES’ ENTIRE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO: ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF A PRIZE SHALL BE LIMITED TO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES INCURRED, IF ANY, IN ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AND AS SUCH, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

• RELEASE. Subject to applicable law, by entering into the Sweepstakes and/or receiving a prize, each Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and Sponsor Parties from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, or proceeding (each, a “Claim“), and any resultant loss, injury (including death), cost, expense, fee, fine, penalty, or other loss or expense of any kind, including attorneys’ fees (each, a “Loss“), relating to or arising directly or indirectly out of his or her participation in the Sweepstakes (or Sweepstakes-related activity such as a press release), and/or Sponsor’s right to exploit Winner’s name and/or likeness or fully exploit any other right granted to it hereunder, and/or from Winner’s receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, no matter how such Claim or Loss arises (including without limitation, if arising out of any damage to a Participant’s computer system from downloading or using material from Sponsor’s Website, or an affiliate of Sponsor’s, website) including but not limited to (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail/text notifications or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to Participant or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Sweepstakes.

• PUBLICITY. Subject to applicable law, entrance in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner’s consent to Sponsor, the Promotion Parties, and Sponsor’s or Promotion Parties’ affiliates and agents (which grant shall be confirmed in writing on request) to use his or her name, voice, likeness, opinions, and biographical information for marketing, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media throughout the world at any time without the obligation to seek consent or to provide Winner with any payment or other form of consideration, Winner hereby releases Sponsor, the Promotion Parties’ and their designees from any liability with respect to such use. Winner agrees to execute any document reasonably required by Sponsor to effectuate the terms hereof.

• CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM; CLASS ACTION WAIVER: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Chicago, Illinois, USA having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
• GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, cyberattacks, computer viruses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to entry method and/or fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the prizes offered herein and to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and the details contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures, any printed versions of these Official Rules, or any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the Official Rules as posted on the Website, the Official Rules as posted on the Website shall prevail, govern and control. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

• WINNERS LIST: Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories. To receive the name of the Winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by mail at 1300 Internationale Parkway, Woodridge, IL 60517.
